Job Description

Job Title:
Press Brake Setup Operator Job Description As a Press Brake Setup Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating press brakes, including the person and Cincinnati models, to work with sheet metal thicknesses ranging from 20ga to 3/8". You will need to work directly off blueprints and GD&T practices, handling a mix of long and short run jobs daily. Familiarity with tolerances of +/-1 degree is essential, and you'll assist with preventative maintenance for all fabrication equipment used. Responsibilities Setup and operate press brakes, specifically the person and Cincinnati models. Work directly off blueprints and apply GD&T practices. Handle a mix of long run and short run jobs per day. Maintain familiarity with tolerances of +/-1 degree. Assist with preventative maintenance for all fabrication equipment. Essential Skills Minimum of 2 years experience in Press Brake Setup. Experience with GD&T and blueprints. Precision sheet metal skills. Ability to lift 50lbs. Additional Skills & Qualifications Preferred knowledge in precision sheet metal fabrication. Experience with laser fabrication. Mechanical knowledge on car types. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
