PRESS FEEDER OPERATOR
Ideal Printers is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Press Feeder Operator to join our production team. This position plays a critical role in producing high-quality printed products by supporting the operation of our multi-unit, sheet-fed printing presses. Whether you have previous press experience or are eager to learn, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality. SUMMARY The Press Feeder Operator is responsible for the setup, adjustment, operation, and maintenance of a multi-unit, sheet-fed printing press. Essential duties include loading and feeding paper, monitoring ink and water levels, inspecting product quality throughout the press run, and assisting in maintaining equipment to ensure efficient production and exceptional print quality.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Review job tickets to determine quantities, stock specifications, colors, and special instructions. Assist in press make-readies to approved proofs and customer specifications. Inspect printed products throughout production to ensure quality, print clarity, color accuracy, and adherence to job requirements. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance activities. Load, position, and adjust paper into press feeding mechanisms. Troubleshoot equipment issues and notify appropriate personnel when necessary. Monitor and maintain proper ink and water levels during production. Check, set, and change rollers as needed. Participate in documentation and continuous improvement initiatives through creative problem-solving and teamwork. Foster positive communication and cooperation among team members and between shifts. Perform other duties as assigned. Follow all company safety rules, procedures, and workplace policies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associate degree, trade school education, or equivalent technical training is preferred. Previous printing, manufacturing, or pressroom experience is preferred. Candidates with related mechanical experience and a strong desire to learn are encouraged to apply. Training is available for the right candidate who demonstrates reliability, initiative, and a commitment to quality.
PHYSICAL AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Ability to repeatedly lift and move 50 pounds or more. Ability to walk, stand, bend, twist, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the workday. Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to production equipment and varying noise levels. •PRINTING/MAILING Ideal Printers is currently seeking a goal-oriented, energetic sales professional to join our team in Saint Paul. This is a Business to Business outside sales position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sell Ideal Printers product offering and services by interacting with new clients and prospects New business development Develop business plans for accounts to meet or exceed sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction objectives Anticipate a customer's needs, expectations, and sell Ideal services and capabilities to meet them Maintain long-term consultative relationships with clients for repeat business growth Be resourceful & take responsibility for controlling own success in our business growth
QUALIFICATIONS
