If you're reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn, we want you to be a part of our team! We are seeking a detail-oriented Press Brake Operator . In this role, you will be responsible for producing defect‑free parts on time and at the lowest possible cost, while minimizing environmental impact through waste reduction and exposure prevention. We are looking for a results-driven individual who takes pride in quality craftsmanship and maintaining a safe, efficient workspace.
Compensation & Schedule Pay Range:
$24- $35 per hour (Starting rate commensurate with experience)
Shift:
1st Shift and Weekend Shift 1st Shift- Mon-Thurs. 6:00am
- 4:30pm Weekend Shift
- Friday
- Sunday 6:00am
- 6:30pm
- Employees work three 12-hour shifts (36 hours) and are compensated for a full 40-hour workweek
- 20% Shift Differential $2,500 sign-on bonus for 1st shift Welders and Machine Operators $3,000 sign-on bonus for 2nd and weekend shift Welders and Machine Operators Key Responsibilities Understand and execute to a set of specified instructions (sequenced based control, work instructions, drawings, etc.
