Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a CNC Press Brake Operator and become a vital part of producing high-quality metal components. In this role, you will operate and set up press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal with precision and efficiency. Your expertise in CNC programming, machine operation, and measurement will ensure that every part meets strict quality standards. This position offers an energetic environment where your mechanical knowledge and attention to detail drive our success in metal fabrication projects. Duties Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines to produce precise bends according to technical drawings and specifications Interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) to ensure accurate fabrication Measure finished parts using precision measurement instruments to verify conformance to quality standards Adjust machine settings and tooling to optimize performance and maintain safety protocols during operation Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety inspections on press brake equipment Collaborate with team members on sheet metal fabrication projects, including forming, welding, and assembly tasks Maintain detailed records of production runs, measurements, and quality inspections for traceability Skills Proficiency in CNC programming and operation of press brake machines with a strong understanding of machining tools setup Experience with CNC laser cutting, plasma cutting, CNC milling machines, CNC lathe, electrical discharge machining (EDM), and stamping presses is a plus Mechanical knowledge of forming machines, shop math, and measurement techniques for quality control Ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings accurately Skilled in the use of measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision tools Familiarity with safety standards in manufacturing environments and adherence to safety protocols during machine operation Basic math skills for calculations related to fabrication tolerances and measurements Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes including tooling selection and hand tool usage Strong understanding of metal fabrication techniques like welding, forming, assembly, and quality inspection processes Embark on a career where your skills in machining and metal fabrication make a real impact! Pay:
$25.11 - $30.24 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 60.0 per week
