Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will operate press brake machinery to bend and form metal components according to specifications. Previous press brake or manufacturing experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates with the right mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Responsibilities Operate press brake equipment to bend and form metal parts. Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and production instructions. Measure materials and finished parts to ensure accuracy. Set up and adjust machines as needed. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines. Work efficiently to meet daily production goals. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous press brake or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to read and understand basic measurements and specifications. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to use basic hand and measuring tools. Strong attention to detail. Dependable and punctual. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position.
