$50,000 - $60,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4

High SchoolResponsibilitiesYour Day-to-Day Impact Machine Operation:

Set up and operate CNC or manual press brake machines to bend, shape, and form metal parts according to customer specifications.

Technical Interpretation:

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and flat patterns to determine bend sequences and tooling requirements.

Precision Measurement:

Utilize calipers, micrometers, and protractors to verify angles and dimensions, ensuring every part meets strict quality tolerances.

Tooling & Setup:

Select, install, and align proper punches and dies based on material thickness and bend radius.

Quality Control:

Perform consistent first-piece and in-process inspections to identify and resolve any forming issues.
