Press Brake Operator

What You ll Do Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend, form, and shape metal components Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to meet exact specifications Select and install appropriate tooling, dies, and materials for each job Perform machine setup, including alignment and calibration for accurate production Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.) Monitor machine performance and complete routine maintenance checks Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency Follow all safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines What You Bring 2+ years of press brake or metal fabrication experience Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills Experience with precision measuring tools and quality inspection Solid understanding of fabrication processes and machine operation High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot equipment or process issues Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production needs High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass pre-employment screening Machine operation certification (a plus)

Pay:

$18-$30/hour (based on experience) + growth opportunities

Schedule:

1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM (overtime as needed)
