- Room for continued growth and development within the company Job Description We are seeking an experienced manufacturing professional to join a growing manufacturing company in the Mentor area as a Press Brake Operator.
- Operate press brake machinery to bend, shape, and cut metal materials
- Set up and operate equipment according to production requirements
- Handle and position metal materials throughout the production process
- Follow work instructions and established quality standards
- Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality
- Follow all required safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Participate in the company's comprehensive training and onboarding program Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous manufacturing experience required
- Previous press brake, metal fabrication, or related machine operation experience is a plus
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift
- Ability to wear required steel-toe footwear and safety glasses
- Dependable attendance and strong attention to quality
