Job Description

Press Brake Operator Position Overview We are seeking a reliable Press Brake Operator to operate and manage press brake machinery in a manufacturing/production environment. This position is responsible for accurately forming and bending metal components while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards. Responsibilities Operate and monitor press brake machinery to form and bend metal parts. Set up machines, tooling, and materials according to production specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measurements. Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality. Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain production standards. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Perform basic machine maintenance and report equipment issues.
Qualifications / Requirements
Previous press brake or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints and use basic measuring tools. Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a production team. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as required. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
