4-day workweek with overtime opportunities on FridaysPosition OverviewInova Staffing is seeking a Press Brake Operator for our client in Willoughby. The ideal candidate will have prior experience and be comfortable working with CNC and mechanical press brakes, tooling, and precision measuring equipment. Must have prior experience operating CNC press brakeResponsibilitiesSetup and operation of CNC and mechanical press brakesProduce carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum parts according to customer drawings and specificationsRead customer drawings and understand measurements and tolerancesUse measuring tools and gauges to inspect finished partsMonitor parts for quality and report any discrepancies or machine/tooling issuesRecord production time, quantities, scrap, and materials usedPerform light machine and tooling maintenanceMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaFollow company policies, procedures, and OSHA safety requirementsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDMust have prior experience operating CNC press brakeAbility to read and understand basic drawings and measurementsExperience using measuring tools and gaugesStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood communication and teamwork skillsAbility to follow safety procedures and work around moving machineryPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsFrequent use of hands for handling and operating equipmentAbility to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
