In this role, you will be responsible for operating and setting up press brake machines to bend and shape sheet metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to producing high-quality metal parts used across various industries. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about manufacturing, fabrication, and machining to grow their skills in a dynamic environment. Monday-Friday / 6am-4:30pm / $20-$24 (based on experience) Duties Operate and monitor press brake machines to produce accurate bends according to blueprints and specifications Read and interpret detailed drawings and blueprints to ensure precise fabrication Use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments for quality inspection of finished parts Adjust machine parameters and tooling to achieve desired bend angles and dimensions Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press brake equipment to ensure optimal performance Assist with material handling using forklifts or cranes when necessary to move sheet metal or finished parts safely Maintain accurate documentation of production runs, inspections, and machine settings in compliance with quality standards Skills Proven experience operating press brake machines in a manufacturing or fabrication environment Strong mechanical knowledge of machinery Ability to read complex blueprints for precise fabrication Skilled in using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments for quality control Knowledge of safety procedures related to sheet metal fabrication, welding, crane operation, and machine operation Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to bending angles and dimensions Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards Must pass full panel drug screen (OMMA accepted) & background check (nothing violent or sexual) Interested applicants please submit your resume for review!
