With facilities strategically located within easy reach of the national capital area, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products through innovative manufacturing processes. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is primarily responsible for operating NC Press Brake to produce high-quality stainless-steel components according to engineering drawings and specifications. The ideal candidate will also assist with a variety of fabrication tasks, including operating a manual shear, rolling machine, drill press, and metal cutting saws. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate NC press brake equipment to form sheet metal components ranging from .016" to .100" Read, interpret, and follow engineering drawings, blueprints, work instructions, and specifications. Measure, mark, and lay out cuts and bends on metal materials accurately. Operate a CNC hydraulic shear machine to cut metal to required dimensions. Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet dimensional and quality requirements. Perform basic machine setup, tooling changes, and routine equipment maintenance. Maintain an organized and safe work area. Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE. Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
