Join us as a Sheet Fab A N Your main responsibilities The function of this role is to set up and operate sheet metal fabrication equipment press brakes & turret punch presses to produce a variety of non-repetitive assemblies and parts. Interpret and work from manufacturing information, drawings, sketches, SAP, and both written and oral instructions. Set up, operate, and maintain numerical controlled turret and press brake machines, including programming, tool changes, and adjustments to meet specifications for a variety of metallic parts. Inspect manufactured parts against drawings, perform necessary mathematical calculations, and recognize and address machine malfunctions or tool wear. Handle material movement, part sorting, and delivery; maintain a clean and orderly work area; and perform routine machine maintenance and safety checks. Maintain required records, notify supervisors of equipment issues, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing suggestions and editing programs as needed. Punch, pierce, emboss, blank, notch, slot, and form a variety of metallic parts. What you bring GED or High School Diploma What's in it for you?
