Groundskeeper Trone Rental Properties, LLC is a privately owned real estate organization with a diverse portfolio of commercial shopping centers, residential communities, and storage facilities. We own and manage our own properties. We operate with a fully staffed, in-house service department—including electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, lawn-care crews, and snow-removal teams—allowing us to maintain our properties efficiently and to the highest standards. As our company continues to grow, we remain committed to delivering exceptional service, strong property performance, and long-term value across all assets. Trone is seeking an individual to join our growing team as our Groundskeeping Supervisor. This position reports directly to the Human Resources Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our grounds at our properties. Such tasks include being able to operate heavy equipment such as lawn mowers, weed trimmer, and blowers. Qualifications Must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage workload scheduling and adjust priorities to meet operational needs Perform work outside in all weather conditions. Perform physical work, that requires lifting weights of up to 50 pounds regularly and above 50 pounds occasionally. Valid state driver's license and clean driving record.
