Press Brake Operator (Hourly Rate + Piece Rate)

Ridg-U-Rak is currently seeking Press Brake and Shear Operators for 2nd shift on a 4x10 schedule Monday -Thursday. Ridg-U-Rak is one of the largest pallet rack and storage rack manufacturers in North America, located in North East, PA. This position pays a competitive starting base pay plus piece work pay. Responsibilities:

Set-up and operate press brakes and shears to bend, form, fit and fabricate structural steel. Make sure machines are set properly, working well and producing quality product. Must be able to interpret drawings. Must be able to utilize various measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, protractors, tape measure etc. to ensure a quality product. Conduct daily inspections on all machine safeguards to ensure safe work environment. Safely load, position, and unload material using provided tools. Maintain clean and organized workstation. Other duties as required.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or Equivalency Must be able to read blueprints. Basic Shop Math Strong metal and basic fabrication background. •

Second Shift:

Monday through Thursday (4 - 10 hr. days) 3:30p-2:00a
