Monday•Thursday, 6:00 AM•4:30 PM 3-day weekends, every week! Performance-based pay increases We're looking for a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our growing team in Lavonia. If you're motivated, reliable, and have hands-on experience working with CNC press brakes, this is your opportunity to step into a stable, full-time role with long-term growth potential.

What You'll Do:

Set up, adjust, and operate press brake machinery to bend, form, and shape sheet metal Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications with precision Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Input and fine-tune machine programs and tooling setups Maintain press brake tooling and perform routine machine upkeep Work with team members to ensure quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:

1+ year of experience operating CNC press brakes Strong knowledge of bend calculations and fabrication techniques Ability to read blueprints and GD&T symbols Proficiency with precision measuring tools Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
