Pay Rate:

$18.00•$22.00/hr (DOE)

Schedule:

Monday•Friday | 6:00 AM•2:30 PM (1st Shift)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to support fabrication and production operations. This role is responsible for forming metal stock using industrial press brake machines while ensuring accuracy, quality, and production efficiency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and experienced in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Locate and verify correct material for each work order Ensure machines are operating properly before and during use Confirm nesting programs match prints and work orders Set up correct gas, speed, and consumables for production Operate manual, hydraulic, and CNC press brake machines Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Use measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality standards Monitor production progress and complete work orders on time Stage completed jobs correctly for next process Maintain a clean and safe work environment Report machine issues or safety concerns immediately Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred 2-3 years of press brake operation experience preferred Experience with manual, hydraulic, or CNC press brakes required Ability to read blueprints and use measuring devices General knowledge of plate bending operations Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 100 lbs Ability to stand for long periods Ability to bend, kneel, and stoop as needed Exposure to noise, dust, and industrial environment conditions

XL Pro Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to operate tools and equipment using hands and fingers Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout shift Ability to work in manufacturing environments with varying conditions Ability to maintain visual and hearing acuity for safety and instructions Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required
