Position Summary Set up and operate a CNC Accurpress brake machine to bend, form, and shape aluminum sheet metal parts according to technical blueprints and precision tolerances.
Schedule & Compensation Hourly Rate:
DOE (Depends on Experience).
Shift:
6:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Days:
Monday through Thursday.
Work Week:
Four 10-hour days.
Overtime:
Mandatory as production requires.

Key Responsibilities Machine Operation:
Setup and run CNC Accurpress brake presses.
Program Loading:
Select and load the correct CNC programs.
Tooling Setup:
Select, install, and align proper dies and punches.
Material Handling:
Handle and process aluminum sheet goods carefully.
Surface Protection:
Prevent scratches on cosmetic aluminum surfaces.
Quality Control:
Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and protractors.
First-Article Inspection:
Verify the first part meets blueprint specifications.
Routine Maintenance:
Perform basic daily machine cleaning and fluid checks.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years' operating CNC brake presses.
Brand Knowledge:
Specific experience with Accurpress machinery preferred.
Material Expertise:
Strong understanding of aluminum bend allowances.
Measurement Tools:
Proficiency with precision inspection equipment.
Physical Fitness:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Stamina:
Ability to work extended 10+ hour shifts standing.
