Press Brake Operator Responsibilities This is a

Swing Shift Position:

Hours are 3:00pm-11:30pm Primary Accurpress press brake set up and operation. Secondary Hardware Insertion Basic Mill/Drill Press Operation Qualifications Operator capable of performing skilled work in set up and operation of an Acurpress press brake used to form sheet metal to precision tolerances. Must be able to read and interpret mechanical drawings or fabrication prints as needed for accurate and safe brake operation. Must understand and calculate bend deduction allowances as required to properly and safely set up brake. Applicant must be able to follow work order directions and safely produce required quantity of parts efficiently and within the required tolerance and cosmetic quality. Must understand how to fill out and use simple SPC reports as directed. Must perform light level daily maintenance on brake. Experience with PEM insertion a plus Experience running a manual mill / drill press a plus. Attributes Strong work ethic and an ability to take initiative for the success of the project. Collaborative team approach to work. Flexibility in working hours when required. Strong communication skills with colleagues and customers. Happy to work cross functionally. Ability to lift and carry 75 lbs.
