Job Description
Overview Are you someone who takes pride in precision and craftsmanship? As a Press Brake Operator, you'll transform sheet aluminum into high-quality, precision-formed components using state-of-the-art CNC press brake equipment. In this role, you'll interpret specifications, perform accurate bends, and play a key part in producing quality parts that meet exacting standards. Essential Functions The ability to operate the Accurpress press brake. Read and interpret engineering CAD drawings and specifications. Use and read a tape measure accurately and perform the math calculations correctly. Regularly lift, carry or otherwise move and position objects weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to push and pull large sheets of metal in order to place them in proper positioning for bending. Stand for long periods of time. Follow safety standards in production environments, including proper use of hand tools, personal protective equipment, and adherence to safety protocols. Inspect own work for completeness and acceptability to quality requirements. Requirements Proven experience operating press brake machines in a manufacturing or fabrication setting Knowledge of welding and fabrication principles.
