ABOUT THE JOB

The job operates in a manufacturing plant operation and professional office environment. This role may use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. In the manufacturing environment, the employee is frequently exposed, to fumes and/ or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration, excessive heat, cold, wet, bright light and slippery conditions. JOB DUTIES

Must be capable of learning and efficiently performing multiple functions throughout the forming department including but not limited to the operation of: Hot Form presses, CNC brake press, equipment set-up, use, and adjustment. Must have or immediately obtain a Fork Lift/Pallet Truck operators license (company provided). Capable of bending, twisting, squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and standing for long periods of time while performing physically demanding repetitive job tasks. Must be capable of performing multi-tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Responsible for keeping equipment maintained and work area clean and orderly. Other duties and tasks as assigned. Complete and maintain paperwork. Within the scope of the job requirements, will be required to adhere and comply with state and federal law, the Company Quality Program and procedures, Company policies and Safety and Environmental Regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 2 years experience of sheet metal forming Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting & physically demanding environment Basic computer or scanner experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Follow safety procedures and use required
