Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking Press Brake Operators for our client in Vancouver, WA as a long standing leader in the healthcare equipment manufacturing industry. This is a weekend shift, duration through the end of the year with potential to become permanent for the right fit. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating Trumpf CNC press brake machines to accurately bend and shape sheet metal components according to detailed specifications, requiring a keen attention to detail. Duties & Responsibilities Perform machine and tooling setups and subsequent first article inspections Follow job travelers, engineering drawings, and technical specifications with precision Execute and document quality control checkpoints throughout the forming process Utilize Trumpf TruBend 7036, 7050, and 5085 CNC Brake Presses, which access a server-stored library of part programs Work independently and collaboratively to meet daily production targets while maintaining precise quality standards Maintain an organized, clean, and safe workstation in compliance with FDA and ISO manufacturing requirements Identify and recommend process improvements for efficiency and quality enhancement Proper retrieval and storage of materials and subassemblies to support production Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Press Brake experience is preferred, but open to training capable/interested individuals Proficient with measuring instruments (tape measure, calipers, protractors) Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, comprehension of decimals and angles) Strong attention to detail with demonstrated commitment to quality workmanship and following safety protocols Ability to work efficiently in a production environment while meeting quality standards Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work assignments Continuous improvement mindset If selected, ability to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check Schedule Sat & Sun 4:30am - 12:30pm Starting Pay $24-32/hr DOE Work Environment Clean, modern, climate-controlled facility State-of-the-art assembly equipment and tools Knowledgeable, supportive team environment Work is performed near moving mechanical equipment and forklifts; low noise level environment Occasional outdoor work may be required (e.g., unloading trucks) across all seasons
