Laser Center is a precision laser cutting company in Menomonee Falls, WI. We are currently seeking CNC Press Brake Operators to join our team. This position is responsible for the daily setup and operation of CNC press brake machines. The operator will also carry out daily duties including area housekeeping, maintenance work, and material staging. Read job travelers, blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Select and set up punches, dies, and other tooling required for each job. Enter machine parameters including bend dimensions, angles, and tooling information. Verify completed parts for accuracy, including dimensions and bend angles. Safely operate cranes and other material-handling equipment for large or heavy parts. Organize and stack finished parts on carts according to company procedures. Clean press brake machines, tooling, dies, punches, and surrounding work areas. Perform routine operator-level preventative maintenance. Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient production flow. Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications Previous CNC press brake operating experience preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs . Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. High school diploma preferred. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Safety-conscious behavior. Excellent attendance.

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:40 PM Overtime opportunities may be available.
