•31/Hour + Benefits | Local Candidates Only The Opportunity Join a skilled manufacturing team as a CNC Press Brake Operator. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows CNC press brakes, can read blueprints, and takes pride in producing accurate, quality parts. What You'll Do Set up and operate CNC press brakes to form sheet and plate components. Read blueprints, drawings, and travelers to determine bend sequences and tooling. Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure quality and accuracy. Troubleshoot forming issues and optimize machine performance. Work with the team to improve setups, quality, and production efficiency. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. What We're Looking For Hands-on experience setting up and operating CNC press brakes in a production environment. Experience with Trumpf, Bystronic, Toyokoki, or similar CNC press brakes strongly preferred. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Strong measurement, math, and bend-calculation skills. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Knowledge of shop safety and PPE requirements. Compensation & Location $26
