If you have 5+ years of hands-on metal fabrication experience and know your way around brake presses, turret punches, shears, and precision sheet metal work, we want to talk to you. This isn't a position where you'll stand at the same machine making the same part all day. You'll work in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environment , turning raw metal into high-performance products while operating an impressive lineup of fabrication equipment — including our CNC 57-station turret punch press, 14' brake press, 13.5' panel bender, and 12' shear. You'll set up machines, solve problems, make adjustments, improve processes, and take ownership of the quality of the parts you produce. What You'll Get Your Hands On Cut, punch, form, and bend sheet metal ranging from 7-gauge through 26-gauge . Set up fabrication equipment, select tooling, calibrate machines, and dial in jobs for precision. Operate our CNC turret punch press, brake press, panel bender, shear, and other fabrication equipment . Fine-tune and optimize programs to improve quality, efficiency, and machine performance. Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments before small problems become big ones. Perform in-process inspections and own the quality of every part you produce . Read blueprints, verify dimensions, and work confidently with tight tolerances. Cross-train throughout the department so you can work across our fabrication equipment. Help maintain tooling and equipment to keep everything performing at its best. Work with your teammates to identify better, faster, and smarter ways to manufacture our products. Participate in continuous improvement efforts, including Kaizen events and setup-reduction initiatives . What We're Looking For This is an experienced-level fabrication position .
