Precision Forming Technician (CNC Press Brake) — Milwaukee, WI Help us deliver exacting metal components by running advanced press brake equipment with confidence and care. Why this role stands out

Shift option:

2nd shift is available Monday-Thursday with a premium. Your impact Program, set up, and operate CNC press brakes to form parts per drawings and work instructions. Interpret blueprints and technical prints to determine sequence, tooling, and bend allowances. Perform first-article and final inspections; verify dimensions, angles, and finishes against standards. Diagnose issues, make machine adjustments, and perform basic preventive maintenance. Share best practices and collaborate to streamline changeovers and increase throughput. Comply with all safety requirements and maintain an orderly, clean workstation. Qualifications Demonstrated experience with CNC press brake operations. Comfortable reading and applying blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation. Competent with precision measurement tools and shop math. Detail-oriented problem solver with a quality-first mindset. Team-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Working knowledge of safety standards and best practices.
