$30-$33.50 /hour Position Overview A growing manufacturer is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator II to join its 2nd-shift fabrication team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating CNC press brake equipment to produce custom components according to blueprints, work orders, and customer specifications. The ideal candidate has hands-on fabrication experience, strong measuring skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining quality and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC press brake equipment. Produce fabricated components according to drawings, work orders, and specifications. Select and position appropriate tooling for assigned jobs. Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain part dimensions and quality. Inspect finished and in-process parts using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other measuring tools. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Identify basic machine or tooling issues and assist with troubleshooting. Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic preventive maintenance. Work with production team members to meet daily quality and output goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures. Qualifications Previous experience operating press brakes or similar metal fabrication equipment. Ability to independently perform basic machine setups. Strong shop math skills. Experience using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other measuring equipment. Ability to follow work orders and manufacturing specifications. Strong attention to detail and product quality. High school diploma/GED or equivalent combination of training and manufacturing experience. Must be willing to work overtime as production needs require. Pay:
$30.00 - $33.50 per hour
