Job Openings Laser Operator:

Ability to read blueprints and work orders Pull program for laser to run Operate forklift to load and unload material from lasers Check parts for dimensional correctness/tolerance Shake out material Organize parts

Press Brake:

Operate Press Brakes to Form Parts Check parts for tolerance Organize parts for next order of operation

Welding:

Set up welder Tacking and welding parts together TIG and MIG experience preferred. Willing to train the right person on aluminum

MIG Polishing:

Smoothing out welds on Stainless Steel Tabletops Attention to detail Comfortable and confident using pneumatic tools Comfortable and confident using basic hand tools

Paint:

Powder Paint experience is a plus, but not necessary Attention to detail Hanging Parts Washing Parts Packaging Parts Career at Badgerland Industries Hands-on approach Customer focus Culture for fostering teamwork Respected leaders People first culture Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Minimum 1 year of steady work experience Experience working with basic hand tools and pneumatic tools Prior manufacturing experience is preferred Key abilities needed to complete essential duties Perform assigned tasks Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills Recognize and react to abnormal operating conditions Use and wear appropriate PPE Perform basic counting tasks Read tape measure, work orders and blueprints effectively Follow instructions from Supervisor and co-workers Individually lift and manipulate parts weighting up to 50 lbs.
