Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Bindery Worker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various finishing and binding operations on printed materials, ensuring high-quality output. This role requires technical proficiency in machine operation, an understanding of print production processes, and a keen eye for quality control. The Bindery Worker plays a vital part in transforming printed products into finished goods ready for distribution or display, supporting the overall success of our print and manufacturing services. Duties Operate bindery equipment such as paper cutters, folding machines, and binding machines to assemble printed materials. Perform paper binding, trimming, folding, and finishing tasks with precision to meet project specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety standards related to industrial equipment operation. Troubleshoot mechanical issues with printing or binding machinery and perform basic maintenance or adjustments as needed. Experience Prior experience in manufacturing or print finishing environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Experience working with large-format printers, digital printing technology. Strong attention to detail combined with technical proficiency in quality control processes is essential for success in this position.
