This is not an entry-level role — candidates must be able to independently set up, run, and troubleshoot jobs while maintaining speed and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Operate Pitney Bowes high-speed inserters with minimal supervision Set up jobs, load materials, and maintain continuous production flow Maintain consistent production speeds (15,000+ pieces per hour preferred) Quickly resolve jams, doubles, and feeding issues Monitor quality and ensure accurate mail assembly Perform routine machine adjustments and minor maintenance 2+ years hands-on experience with Pitney Bowes inserters Ability to set up and run jobs independently from start to finish Experience working in a high-speed mail production environment Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Reliable and consistent for evening hours Mail shop environment (statements, direct mail campaigns, etc.) USPS mail knowledge / sorting Experience with inkjet addressing systems Familiarity with multiple inserter models Not a fit if: You have only assisted on inserters but haven't run them independently You are not comfortable maintaining production speed expectations You are looking for entry-level or training roles

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 20.0 per week
