Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a 40 inch Press Operator, where your expertise will drive the creation of high-quality printed materials and products. In this energetic role, you'll operate and maintain various printing presses, including Man-Roland and Heidelberg 6 Color, ensuring precise color management and flawless print outputs. Your technical proficiency in industrial equipment adjustment, prepress processes, and quality control will be essential to delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities Operate various 6-Color Presses Adjust and calibrate industrial equipment to optimize print quality, color accuracy, and machine efficiency. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on press machinery to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations. Perform quality control checks throughout the production process to identify defects or inconsistencies, making adjustments as needed. Collaborate with graphic designers and production teams to ensure print advertising materials meet design standards and client expectations. Qualifications Proven experience with 40 inch printing. Strong knowledge of color management techniques Ability to operate industrial equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred) and safely and effectively. Skilled in quality control practices to ensure consistency in print output; experience with machining or cutting tools is a plus. Technical proficiency in adjusting press operation settings for optimal performance across different materials and print types.
