Day & Swing Shift Available Summary:
The SMT Operations reports directly to the Supervisor. SMT Operations will be responsible for operating SMT related machinery used for circuit board assembly. Operating machinery will include but not limited to pick and place, hand placement, screen printing, reflow oven, and reflow profiling. Job duties will also include machine operation, setup, line maintenance, training, and helping operators on machine operation setup and ensuring proper program performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Login to computer for Manufacturing Process Instructions. (MPI) Reading Manufacturing Process Instructions. ( MPI) Setup and operation of surface mount pick and place machines. Setup and operation of automatic and semi-automatic stencil printers. Setup and operation of automatic labeling machine. Setup and operation of mass reflow ovens. Perform manual component placement and inspection. Perform routine machine daily maintenance. Perform detailed quality inspection of populated circuit boards. Follow Traceability process per instructions. Any other duties assigned.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Equivalent required Have the ability to build a strong bond with employees to create an open and honest communications Strong, effective organizational skills required; detail oriented; ability to multitask in a changing and/or fast paced environment Able to manage change in an organization Able to create and maintain the highest levels of confidentiality when dealing with proprietary information and sensitive situations The ability to succeed to operate with demanding guidelines. Strong math skills, including metric and standard measuring systems Work well with other employees as a team. Ability to use basic problem solving and deductive reasoning skills to solve common problems standard to the area of responsibility Flexible to work on different shifts to cover in case of emergencies, vacation, etc.

Ability to apply advanced concepts of algebra, statistics, and geometry
Reasoning Ability:
