Water Jet Operator Pay:

Schedule 1st Shift 2nd Shift Pay $20-$23/hr DOE Job Responsibilities Operate water jet cutting machines in a manufacturing environment Set up materials and prepare machines for production runs Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and job specifications Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy Measure materials and finished parts using basic measuring tools Load and unload raw materials and completed parts Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Communicate with team members and supervisors to keep production running smoothly Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment or production issues Follow all company safety procedures and production standards Qualifications 2+ years of manufacturing and/or machine operating experience required Previous water jet operating experience preferred Machine setup experience preferred but not required Ability to read a tape measure and follow specifications Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Team-player mentality Willingness to learn and grow with the company Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed #
