6561 NW 18th Ct Plantation, FL 33313 Job Summary The Cutter Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining cutting equipment used to trim printed materials to precise dimensions. This role ensures accuracy, quality, and safety in cutting operations while supporting overall production workflow. Education and Experience High School Diploma - or the equivalent (for example, GED) Experience with various types of cutting machinery (manual, automated, digital). Knowledge Knowledge of different cutting techniques and finishing processes. Skills

• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Good manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and time management skills.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift materials up to 50 lbs. Work Context
• On-site role in a production or finishing environment.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Exposure to machinery noise, dust, and ink.
• Mandatory use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols. Primary Job Duties
• Set up cutting machines according to job specifications and production schedules.
• Load materials onto cutting equipment and align for precise cuts.
• Operate cutting machinery safely and efficiently to meet production goals.
• Inspect cut materials to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor troubleshooting on cutting equipment.
• Maintain production records including job logs and quality documentation.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other production team members.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or workplace incidents promptly.
• Assist in training new or cross-trained employees as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
