What You'll Do (Job Responsibilities) You'll operate and maintain large format equipment. A typical day consists of setting up and running assigned jobs, checking quality between runs, and coordinating with prepress, cutting, and finishing to keep work moving.

Responsibilities include:

Operating large format UV Hybrid printers Following assignments precisely, with close attention to detail, and flagging issues early Maintaining print quality and color management standards Maintaining equipment proactively — treat it like it's yours Operating finishing equipment as needed — cutting, laminating, etc. Supporting file prep and RIP queue workflows Updating job statuses in our digital production systems Keeping your area clean, organized, and production-ready Managing shifting priorities and multi-tasking as needed What You Bring (Qualifications & Requirements) Detail-oriented with a high standard for quality Mechanically inclined — comfortable with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting Excellent communicator and team player 3+ years of relevant work experience Experience operating print production machines Proficient with computer systems Consistency under pressure Nice to have (we'll train the right person): Wide format / large format experience RIP software experience Color management knowledge Finishing experience (lamination, cutting, mounting, sewing) Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with a generous company match PTO + paid holidays Team environment with growth opportunities About Copley Visual Copley Visual produces retail displays, environmental graphics, dimensional signage, flooring, and brand installations for companies and partners across all industries.
