Sign Production Worker - Printing & Finishing Signs 4 USA - Bettendorf, IA We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Sign Production Worker to join our production team. No sign or printing experience is required. We will train the right person. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced production environment . You will help turn printed material into finished orders that are cut, counted, boxed, labeled, and ready to ship. What You'll Do Load and unload printed materials Handle printed signs coming off production equipment Cut and finish signs to the correct size Count and organize completed orders Inspect prints for quality and accuracy Box finished products Label boxes and prepare orders for shipping Make sure the correct quantity and product goes into each order Keep your work area clean and organized Help other production team members as needed What We're Looking For You do not need printing experience. We're looking for someone who: Shows up on time and is dependable Works hard and stays productive Can work at a fast pace Pays close attention to details Can follow directions Has a positive attitude Works well with a team Takes pride in doing things correctly Can stay organized while working on multiple orders Is comfortable being on their feet throughout the workday Attention to Detail Is Important Our customers depend on us to get their orders right. Physical Requirements This is an active production position.
