• File preparation and workflow management (Caldera)
• RIP software and getting files to press
• Fabric sizing and production setup
• Dye sublimation printing operations
• Heat press operations
• Sewing and finishing processes General troubleshooting and production optimization The salary for this position ranges from $65,000
• 150,000 based on skillset and experience.

• 1-2 years (at least) hands-on experience operating both dye sublimation presses and heat presses. Specifically, we are looking for someone with experience running EFI VUTEk FabriVU equipment as well as Klieverik heat presses.
