On-Site Job Summary:
Implement production plans and schedules necessary to fulfill our customer's demands. Responsible for consistent and optimal performance of all molding machines, applying knowledge of molding, operating and set up techniques. Consistent monitoring of all safety practices with high emphasis on safety for all plant personnel.

Responsible for consistent and optimal performance of all molding machines, applying knowledge of molding, operating and set up techniques.
Status:
Non Exempt Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for the safe operations of all molding equipment and people involved with this equipment. Assure that molding machines are running at optimum cycle while still meeting quality standards set. Layout daily activities of set-up persons, material handlers, floor persons, and operators. Oversee and assist in the training of all new shift employees. Monitor daily schedules to anticipate job completions and adapt to changing schedule requirements. Must be able to interact and communicate effectively with all departments. Must work as a liaison in the exchanging of information between shifts. Ensure the safe and efficient operation of an injection molding company on a shift-to-shift basis conforming to scheduling and quality standards set. Conform and enforce all company policies and procedures. Other duties as may be assigned by the Molding Supervisor or Management.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Technically competent with the use of micro and non-micro molding equipment. Must be able to lead, direct, and promote a positive attitude among all shift employees. Must be a self-starter and work with minimal supervision.
Education and Experience:
High School education or equivalent. Minimum of three (3) years technical background in the injection molding field. Prior supervisory experience.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of walking and standing. Must be able to lift up to 25lbs. Production plant that is moderately loud; ear protection encouraged but not required. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
