This opportunity is ideal for someone with centerless grinding and superfinishing unit experience who enjoys hands-on production work, machine setup, and maintaining high quality standards. In this role, you'll help keep production running efficiently by setting up equipment, monitoring part quality, and making adjustments to meet specifications. What you'll do: Set up and operate thru-feed centerless grinding machines, superfinishing unit and conveyors for production runs. Monitor part dimensions and make machine adjustments to maintain required specifications. Dress grinding wheels during setup and production as needed. Inspect parts using measurement tools to ensure quality and consistency. Troubleshoot basic machine and production issues to support efficient operation. Follow standard work, safety procedures, and quality requirements. Maintain a clean, organized work area and support 5S practices. What we're looking for: Centerless grinding and superfinishing unit experience preferred, including machine setup and operation. Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality standards. Ability to troubleshoot and make routine machine adjustments. High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent manufacturing experience.
