Hampshire, IL Pay Rate:
$17.00 per hourSchedule:
Monday- Thursday 5am
- 5pm, Friday 5am
- 1pm

Job Duties Operate cutting, slitting, and finishing machines to process film materials. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and accuracy standards. Package and label materials according to company specifications. Assist with routine machine maintenance and cleaning. Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow all workplace safety procedures and company policies. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial. Experience Requirements Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment. Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical documentation. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to monitor equipment for proper operation. Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain production standards. Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and dependable attendance. Preferred Qualifications Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Finishing Operator. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
