This role ensures all products meet customer, sales, marketing, and manufacturing specifications through precise machine operation, attention to detail, and adherence to production processes. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating digital printing equipment, working with varied substrates, and maintaining consistent quality in a production environment. Duties Operate digital printing equipment to print on a wide variety of materials, including wood, acrylic, metal, and glass Collaborate with Design/Production Art and Sales teams to prepare production-ready artwork using in-house or customer-supplied designs Apply basic graphic design skills, including layout and typography, to production artwork (preferred) Read and understand work orders, drawings, and customer specifications prior to starting production Set up printing equipment appropriately for each job and production run Perform required daily equipment maintenance and operate machinery safely and efficiently Quantity and sizing Finish and substrate quality Personalization details Color accuracy and print readiness Inspect completed work for defects; correct issues when possible or escalate concerns to the Supervisor Ensure all work is completed consistently and meets quality standards Maintain accurate production logs, including start/stop times and material usage Maintain digital production files and resources Keep work area clean, organized, and safe Cross-train on other departmental roles as needed Follow all safety policies, procedures, and company guidelines Perform additional duties as assigned to support production schedules Experience 1-3 years of experience in digital printing, production printing, or manufacturing environment is required Experience printing on non-paper substrates preferred Ability to follow detailed work instructions and production processes Strong attention to detail and quality control Comfortable working in a structured, shift-based production environment Basic computer skills and willingness to learn print software and equipment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
