Temporary | Temp-to-Hire Potential Schedule Information Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Overtime may be required Finishing Assistant Requirements Strong attention to detail Ability to follow customer order specifications Ability to identify quality materials and report concerns Willingness to work safely around finishing equipment Ability to communicate and work with a production crew Key Responsibilities Support the crew in the safe operation of finishing equipment. Check materials and order details to help meet customer requirements. Monitor waste coming off the machine and notify the Operator if levels are excessive. Record waste information as required. Watch for potential maintenance issues and submit maintenance or safety work orders. Work with crew members to meet production and quality goals.
