Fine Art Specialist A Day at RedTree Looking to join a team of creatives and artists? At RedTree, you'll play a role in crafting beautiful products that help photographers serve their clients. Photographers commission us to create photo albums, fine art prints, hardwood frames and more. These tangible memories will end up in homes around the world and live on for generations. What We Need From You We are seeking a strong candidate to work primarily in our Fine Art department. This is a very hands-on role with the majority of the day spent running our giclée printers and handling delicate prints. Training happens on the job, and this position reports to the Production Manager. While printing is the main goal of this position, every team member is expected to stay flexible & helpful to others in different areas of production. Calibrating printers, profiling paper and printing Routine cleaning and maintenance on all printers and related equipment Spraying fine art prints with a solvent-based protectant in our spray booth Making sure prints and reprints go out in a timely manner Monitoring inventory for print consumables and parts Editing files in Photoshop Communication with Production Manager when problems or bottlenecks arise Skills and Experience Experience with or basic knowledge of Photoshop preferred Comfortable on Mac OS, with a love for technology and picking up new software quickly Able to spend extended amounts of time standing and using spray equipment Organized and able to prioritize tasks and solve problems under pressure Positive, constructive attitude and a great work ethic Reliable, decisive communicator and team player What We Offer A competitive wage, paid-time-off, paid holidays and health benefits.
