Stamp Department:

Tool storage Press and Die set up Operate presses Tool and equipment maintenance Personally responsible for high quality output Cross train to other departments Aptitude to learn entire department to back up current lead person and take over that roll in the future. This is a High Variety Low Volume environment. Job Requirements:

Speak, read and write English fluently Some familiarity with operating manufacturing machinery Able to develop effective working relationships with others Ability to learn and judge acceptable quality parameters quickly Rudimentaryputer literacy. Able to work within our manufacturing software program Ability to identify and solve problems Ability to learn from and take ownership of mistakes Educational requirements: Minimum of High School or GED Past experience in Jewelry Industry a plus Paste experience and knowledge of Lean manufacturing concepts a plus. Past experience operating hydraulic and pneumatic presses a plus.

Pay Details:
