Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing or printing experience
• Knowledge of printing processes, press setup, and ink usage
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills
• Ability to troubleshoot press issues and make equipment adjustments
• Strong communication skillsPreferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with Lean principles is preferred
• 2+ years of printing press experience preferredOverviewResponsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining multi-color sheet-fed or high-speed web printing presses to ensure production efficiency, consistent print quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Set up and perform changeovers on printing presses, including loading the correct stock, setting paper paths, bending and mounting plates, mixing PMS inks, and aligning dies
• Adjust ink and water balance, color registration, ink density, and press settings to meet job specifications and quality standards
• Review job orders and production instructions to ensure accurate color, size, construction, and required print features, such as perforations, numbering, and file holes
• Monitor press operations, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and make necessary adjustments, including blanket changes, unit washups, water system cleaning, and roller settings
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to maintain equipment reliability, product quality, and production uptime
• Operate and understand press controls while maintaining safe and efficient production practices
• Support production employees by sharing routine equipment maintenance techniques and best practices
