Job Description
Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Press Operator opportunities in Townsend, MA. Responsibilities for a Press Operator include but are not limited to: Perform complex machine set-up, including stocking materials, generating labels, and reviewing production orders and instructions. Feed stock into equipment, monitor bindery, stitching, and cutting machine operation, and conduct regular quality control checks. Troubleshoot production issues during runs and prepare/deliver finished print products for shipment. Complete daily and routine preventative maintenance on advanced manufacturing equipment. Candidates for Press Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered: Minimum of 3 years of prior manufacturing experience operating complex bindery and 1 year of plating experience or print equipment in a printing environment. High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to work 3rd shift (Sunday-Thursday 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) and complete initial training on 1st shift. What's in this Press Operator position for you?
