Job Description

Adecco is assisting a major client in their search for a Press Operator in Townsend, MA. This is a contract opportunity, offering weekly pay and a chance to expand your experience. Weekly Paycheck Job Description :

Contribute to company quality and service commitments by operating equipment, such as multi-color sheet-fed or continuous/web presses running mostly custom or base forms work or high-speed single-color continuous/web presses. Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Perform a complete effective set-up of press including identifying and loading correct stock, setting correct paper path and stretch, bending and mounting plates, mixing PMS ink, making appropriate adjustments to the ink and water balance. Determine and understand all order instructions and running of press, meeting all requirements at a level that meets or exceeds customer expectations. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance to ensure a quality product. Understand all press controls and demonstrate their use. Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered: High School Diploma/GED 2+ years of manufacturing/printing experience Familiar with printing process and ink usage Must have basic computer skills

Pay Details:
