In this role, youll:

Set up and operate finishing equipment such as slitters, rewinders, die cutters, and inspection systemsPerform job changeovers, including loading materials, setting tensions, and adjusting machine settingsComplete start-up checklists and ensure jobs are run according to specificationsInspect labels using a video monitor and visual inspection to ensure quality, color, and registration accuracyIdentify, flag, and document defective material and communicate issues to leadershipMonitor production speeds, minimize waste, and meet daily production targetsAccurately record label counts, downtime, and production data in logs or systemsPackage finished product according to customer specificationsPerform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep equipment running efficientlyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S practices)Communicate effectively with team members and the next shift regarding job status, issues, and priorities What Youll BringHigh School Diploma or GED13 years of machine operation experience (printing or manufacturing preferred)Strong mechanical skills and attention to detailBasic math and ruler-reading abilityTeam-player attitude willing to jump in and help wherever neededAble to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet Join Us!
