This position consists of the daily operations of a Holzher Accura 1554 edgebander. Some programming knowledge would be a benefit, but is not required. Opportunities for additional offsite training on the machine are available as well. Position requires someone willing to hustle (involves a lot of walking back and forth from end to end of the machine), be very efficient, honest, dedicated, and hard working individual with some basic hands-on machine knowledge. A knowledge of cabinet making and architectural millwork is certainly a plus as well. This position requires team work, and interaction with the other shop employees on a daily basis.

Duties include:

Daily operation of this machine. Maintenance (very important) and cleaning of machine. Meticulous attention to detail. Once parts are edged, duties then require further organization and stacking, or grouping of parts by job and work order. Basic mechanical skills, or a familiarity of working on machines are a plus.
