Pay:

$20.00/hr. Unlimited referral bonus We are looking to fill positions for a growing manufacturing company. The Operator position is responsible for setting up, operating, monitoring, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate machinery according to work instructions, safety standards, and production schedules Load raw materials and remove finished products from machines Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency Inspect parts for defects and ensure they meet specifications Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting on equipment Document production counts, downtime, and quality checks Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Maintain a clean and organized work area Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals Minimum 6 months of previous machine operator experience
